About Me
My name is Nipa. I was born and raised in the UK but my heritage is from a South Asian country called Bangladesh.

Throughout my journey in life, like many of you, I have encountered numerous challenges and hardships. These experiences changed and shaped me deeply, but overcoming my own struggles has provided me with first hand insight into the ongoing battle of perseverance.
I understand the feeling of wanting to reach your full potential whilst also having to grapple with the complexities that life can bring. My own challenges have equipped me to truly understand your unique experiences and I hope I can support you to find your way back to yourself.

CPD and Training

Personal Interests
I have a deep personal interest in various aspects of life, particularly art and creativity and the healing similarities between creativity and therapy. In my free time, I enjoy writing and performing poetry and spoken word, which I find serves as an additional tool outside of therapy. I believe that as humans, we all have a fundamental need and desire to connect with ourselves and others, and creativity allows us to uniquely foster this need.

In my therapeutic practice, I focus on supporting individuals from marginalized backgrounds and communities. My goal is to create an inclusive environment for groups and individuals who may feel disempowered in society or in their own lives by amplifying and empowering their voices.

Use Your Voice
Use Your Voice.
You have been blessed with a mind,
No one else has.
Something that is
Unique to you,
Just as
Those thoughts and feelings,
And
Pains and healings.

Use your voice.

Let yourself be heard,
Whether you scream or rejoice.
Every word
Deserves to be affirmed.
Let your expression
Stir and spin,
Deep within
The spin of the wind,
To peel back and free
The thick of your skin.

Let your observations,
Be unapologetic declarations,
Claiming no expectations,
And all aspirations.

Use your voice.

To grasp your will,
And truly fulfil,
All your desires and skills.
